How do I make a return?

We are happy to accept returns of unused products, still in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You will need to pay all return shipping charges. Send us an email at support@strangetimessupply.com to begin the return process.

Are the items on the website in stock?

Most of our offerings are ready to ship. If anything on our site isn’t ready to ship, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Please feel free to reach out to support@strangetimessupply.com, with any questions about the stock status on a specific product.

When will my order ship?

Stocked items will go out the door within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. If anything on our site will ship later than 2-3 days (in case of the rare Pre-Order, or Made-To-Order item), it will be clearly stated on the product description page. Please feel free to reach out to support@strangetimessupply.com, with any questions about the shipping time on a specific product.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yup. Our flagship products are all made by one dude in Colorado. We do everything we can to source the best “made in America” materials possible. If there’s anything we aren’t able to source here, it will be detailed on the product page specifications.

My group/unit would like to place a bulk order. How do?

Will you ship products outside of the USA?

We do not currently ship outside of the USA.

Will you make me a custom item?

We do not currently offer custom services.

Do you offer prototyping services?
