The TQ Elastic Insert was designed to securely retain one CAT tourniquet and one marker within our Cobbler expansion system and “The Baker” chest rig. Utilizing a single sided seam construction minimizes potential failure points. Securely held in place with Milspec Hook Velcro on both sides of the insert.
